​Emergency Management Call  - £95

45-60min video call with Leigh-Ann prior to full assessment.
Advice on management and safety in interim period.
Written report on current risks & advised actions.

Initial Consultation (remote) - £450

Initial consultation via video call (approx. 3hrs) with Sophie. 

We will aim to gather as much information as possible to build a picture of not just the problem behaviour, but of your pet's temperament & your own family dynamics and lifestyle.

Written assessment and plan within 7 days of consultation

Communication with your primary care vet. If there are any medical elements to consider I will discuss this with them and advice will also be provided on any behaviour modifying medication your pet may need.

Follow On Video Calls  - £150

Although we can provide some advice via email following consultation, the vast majority of cases will need ongoing support. 

 

This can be via follow up video calls, in which we will discuss progress, next steps and any problems. A written update will be produced within 7 days, and your vets will also be updated.

Follow On Training 

 

1-2-1 training session are available with Leigh-Ann within 1hr of OX5 2UQ. 

These 45 min sessions can be held at your home or out and about and will be based around the plan provided during your consultation.

You will provide a follow up email detailing any changes adjustments to the plan, and next steps.

4 x 45 min sessions = £320

8 x 45 min sessions = £600​

These blocks must be used within 6 months of purchase. ​​
